From Alford

Take the A1111 signposted Bilsby, Chapel St Leonards.
Go through Bilsby past the Church on your right, past the Rix Garage on your right and take the next right turn (Three Tuns Pub on corner) B1449 signposted Chapel St Leonards, Mumby. Stay on this road to the end. You will go over a hump back bridge controlled by traffic lights. At the junction turn right on to the A52 signposted Skegness, Chapel St Leonards.
Go through Mumby village passing The Red Lion Pub on your right and Church on your left. Leave the village and go round a series of bends. You will see Rose Cottage on your right. Continue on this road for a couple of small bends. You will approach a sharp left hand bend with a chevron sign facing you on the bend and a small post box. On the brow of the bend turn right into Helsey Lane. Helsey House is the first house on the right down the lane.

From Skegness

If approaching Skegness on the A158 continue into the town centre to a set of traffic lights on the junction with the A52. You will see the Atlantic Ship Inn opposite the lights to the left. Turn left on to the A52 (filter lane) signposted Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards.

If approaching Skegness on the A52 stay on this road all through town following the signs for Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island, Chapel St Leonards.

Stay on the A52 through Ingoldmells and continue towards Chapel St Leonards staying on the A52. Continue on this road into Hogsthorpe. Go through Hogsthorpe on the A52 signposted Mablethorpe. Leave Hogsthorpe village and take the next turning on your left (Helsey Lane) as you approach the sharp right hand bend. We are the first house on the right down the lane.
